Fine minced chicken kebab with ginger, garlic, onion, cooked over a traditional char-grill. Served with tangy imlli (Tamarind sauce) chutney to make the dish complete and to make it the star of the table. The combination of imli chutney (Tamarind sauce) and Chicken Seekh Kebab always outshines the other dishes.

Cooking Instruction:  

Hot Plate / Frying pan:

• Preheat frying pan with light oil.

• Heat thaw Chicken Seekh Kebab on medium heat for 2 minutes by turning occasionally.                                                                                                                              Oven Method: 

• Heat Chicken Seekh Kebab in a microwave for 1-12 minutes. (Do not exceed time)

 Ingredients:  

• Halal Chicken Meat, Vegetable (Onion, Green Chilies, Mint, Ginger, Coriander) Vegetable Oil (Soya Bean, Sun Flower, Canola), Ghee Banaspati (Palm Oil), Bread Crumbs (Gluten), Salt, Spices, (Red Chili Powder, Cumin Powder, Salt, Garam Masala, Coriander Powder), Maize Starch, Sodium Tripolyphosphate (Water Holding Agent), Food Stabilizer (E-461) and Citric Acid (E330).
