"Crispy Flatbread Stuffed with Tangy Mix of Potatoes "
Tantalize your taste buds with soft and mashed potatoes enveloped in mild spices and herbs, all layered in a soft paratha.
This traditional delight can be best enjoyed with tea or as a spontaneous choice for lunch.
Cooking Instruction:
- Do not defrost Take preheat pan at (200 °C).
- Apply little oil/ghee on pan.
- Take out Paratha from the freezer, peel off both plastic layers, and put Paratha directly on the hot pan.
- Fry from both sides until brown.
Ingredients:
- Dough: Wheat Flour, Water, Vegetable oil, Salt, and permitted preservative (E282).
- Fillings: Potato, Salt, Green chilies, Fresh Coriander, and Spices.
